Job Description

Your mission

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the inspection division sales team.  Among other things, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide assistance to out-of-town technicians for all aspects of their day-to-day service;
  • Prepare deficiency quotes and manage jobs when approved;
  • Follow-up with past deficiency quotes in a timely manner;
  • Material only sales;
  • Ensure an after-sale follow-up with the customers;
  • Prepare all documents necessary for opening contracts;
  • Assist the team with any other administrative or sales duties as needed.

Your contribution

Working within a team of fire protection professionals, your work will help the company to adequately meet its clients' expectations, guarantee them fully compliant fire protection/fire alarm systems, and ensure the profitability of the branch.

Requirements

  • Vocational diploma in secretarial studies OR high school diploma and equivalent relevant experience;
  • 3- 5 years' experience in a similar position;
  • Can work under minimum supervision;
  • Very good knowledge in contract process;
  • Very good knowledge of Windows software;
  • Autonomy and strong sense of work organization;
  • Team oriented;
  • Experience in the construction field (an asset).
