Each year, in collaboration with Seneca College, two students enrolled in the Fire Protection Engineering Technician program or the Fire Protection Enginnering Technology co-op program are awarded a scholarship to pursue their studies.
Furthermore, in June 2010, it is worth mentioning that Quebec’s only mobile fire protection training unit was designed by VIKING. Completed in 2010, the trailer is the property of the CCQ (Commission de la construction du Québec). Its mission is to offer fire protection training across Quebec in collaboration with the Commission scolaire des Bois-Francs, the school board of the Bois-Francs region. Another fine achievement signed Viking, reflecting the innovative spirit of the company!
